6. Other Insights and Experiences

One thing that surprises me about the current financial crisis is the number of smart people I know who are living beyond their means.  It strikes me how pervasive, subtle, and seductive advertising has become and how easy it is to get out of balance and lose perspective.

We are paying a heavy price individually and as a society by following the belief that we can (and should) have anything we want, whenever we want it.

In the spirit of promoting a potential shift in our beliefs and behaviors about what it means to have a full and fulfilling life, I developed some new content for the MasterCard “Priceless” advertisement.
