The Upside Community was founded by Steve Goldberg and a diverse and dedicated Advisory Board.  One of the key tenants of ‘Upsiding’ is to provide the resources and support to maintain resilience and optimism in good and challenging times.  We welcome you to actively participate and contribute to our growing community.

Steve has worked as a career, personal and executive coach for the past 30 years.  He believes in balancing the living of a healthy, vibrant, and fulfilling life with ongoing personal contributions to making this planet a better place to live, for all of us.

Steve has worked around the globe in more than 20 countries, delivering coaching and organizational effectiveness trainings with Fortune 500 corporations, UN organizations and major international governmental agencies including: AT&T; Accenture; Leo Burnett; Ford Motor Company; United States Postal Service; World Health Organization; UNESCO; International Red Cross; the Canadian International Development Agency; and the United States Agency for International Development.
